Someone mentioned that its not a webroot thing because webroot didnt update prior to fatalis update at all. They will be updating me next Monday/Tuesday in my support ticket. They just collected the crash dumps from my com for analysis. Suspected culprit is the Sky Client from Webroot. Webroot is now working with Denuvo to resolve this.

If you don't, please uninstall your mods or any third party files cleanly and it might solve the issue. I believe someone else in another thread also got a similar message in his support ticket so just sit tight if you have Webroot Antivirus installed. Other games, shouldn't encounter the issue. With that said, the issue does appear to be isolated to titles that leverage Denuvo version 5. This fix will be issued via an agent update at some point in the future. I finally killed the application in task manager after about 1/2 hr.ģ. Loaded my 3user Webroot ISE, entered my security keyword, to use my 3rd user and Installation Wizard starting installing but green bar got stuck 1/2 way through. Kaspersky is no longer listed in ALL programs.Ģ. Uninstalled Kaspersky using Control Panel -> uninstall, with no problem. NOTE- Webroot checked my security keyword and found there was still one more user to install, so that wasn't a problem.ġ. Using Win 7 (build 7601 Svc Pack 1) on an Asus G73 JH laptop which I purchased at Best Buy (BB) in Sept 2010. I thought someone in this forum might be able to since there have been similar webroot issues and since I need a antivirus program A bit complicated so am included all pertinent info. I already contacted Webroot and they HAVEN't been able to fix this.
